Memorable year 2013

Zara has started her standard 1 on 2nd Jan 2013

Iman also started her kindy on the same day

We are so happy for them

and a bit sedihhhhhh huhu

luckily they are not crying on the first day

and bangun pagi pun senang....Alhamdulillah

it's 7 years already maaaa......huhuhu

So, let's see our preparation for both of them....

First and foremost we are sooooo look forward to buy school uniform for Zara....berkira-kira nak beli which brand sebab now ada banyak readymade in store. After getting some advice from Mr. Google we choose to buy from Canggih....because of the quality and price quite ok lah compare to other....ok, what else we bought for Zara? 

3 helai baju & 4 helai kain

2 helai tudung 

2 pair of shoes

bag sekolah - we actually need to buy another one for KAFA

stationaries

stokin etc

buku sekolah

it cost us +- RM700

And for Iman pulak, we sign up her for Q-dees since Kakak Zara has a good experience with them why not adik just continue jer kan....lagipun the teachers semua baik-baik and school pun dekat jer dengan rumah. School uniform, bag, stationaries and books all provided by Q-dees. So total registration is about RM1k

Overall, we hope that we have provide the best for our children.....and 

Insya Allah...mama doakan for both of them supaya dapat belajar dengan baik in new school and jadi anak yang soleh...amin

Iman Aisyah is now diaper-less

hehehheheh...big yeay to momma (jimat duit pampers)

Iman will go to kindy next year

so, this is the best time to teach her pergi toilet

and no more diaper

here, i wanna share Potty Training tips from Babycenter

Try a timer

When my son Ben stopped using nappies, we used a timer to help us both remember to use the potty. We started with every 45 minutes and, as I could see he was needing to go less, gradually increased the time. Eventually, he would tell me he needed to go before the timer went off, or say he didn't need to when it did. Then we'd set the timer for another half an hour and try again. -- Beth 

Set up target practice

We put a flushable item, such as confetti, in the toilet. (You can also use shaving cream or coloured ice cubes.) The game for our son was to aim and shoot. Rewards were based on accuracy. It was fun and challenging, and did wonders for his precision! With poos, we told him the game was to send in the backup troops (no pun intended) to finish the job with torpedoes. I doubt this would work with girls, but Alex took less than a week to be fully potty-trained. -- Roxanne A. 

Make her feel proud

With my daughter, I tried to give her lots and lots of praise: 'What a big-girl thing to do!', 'You must be very proud of yourself', 'Do you want to call Granny to tell her?', 'Give me a high five!' and so on. -- Kirsten 

Surprise, surprise!

Our daughter wasn't very consistent with potty training until we introduced the surprise bag. We got a load of inexpensive toys and stickers and put them in a colourful gift bag. Every time she used the potty, we would clap and let her pick one surprise out of the bag. We kept it up for about a week and a half, and when the surprises ran out she just kept on using the potty. We kept up the clapping and praise, and she quickly forgot the surprise bag. I can honestly say that potty training was painless and quick, and I plan to use this method again with my next child. -- Lottie 

Put your child in charge

When my 18-month-old started going into the bathroom and closing the door, I knew she was ready to potty train. I would let her go in and use her potty, dump it into the big toilet, and put it up in the sink for me to rinse out. -- Katherine 

Flushing fun

I began potty training my first child at about 20 months and am now in the process of training our second. One excellent incentive is letting them flush away the contents of the potty if they go. You need to establish a rule that this is the only time they get to flush the toilet. This is a simple and easy reward, and develops a good habit. -- Deanne Collins 

Sitting solution

We put our son Nick on the toilet backwards. The potty-chair was too hard for him to use and my mother came up with the idea of putting him straight onto the toilet, but backwards (she did it with my brother when he was little). That way he automatically aimed in the right place, and he had the back of the toilet to hold on to. He could also do a poo that way, too. He thought it was such fun he wanted to do it all the time. It took about a month to get the hang of it, and now he's happily standing up to do his wees. -- Melissa 

The underpants ploy

I let my son choose some pants with his favourite character, Thomas the Tank Engine, on them. Then I told him not to get Thomas wet. It worked really well! -- Maria Galli 

No more nappies

My daughter tortured me for months, using the potty successfully one day, then demanding nappies the next. Finally I told her that the pack of nappies we had just bought was the last, and I wasn't buying any more. I then bought some reusable training pants from the Internet. When we got down to the last few nappies, I again emphasised that they were the last and, when they were gone, there wouldn't be any more. We then went to the training pants (with disposable ones at night). She had a few accidents the first week and has been trained ever since! -- Emily 

The right clothes

A little trick with girls: I put my daughter in dresses for about three weeks while we were potty training. It was easier for her to get ready for the potty and allowed for quick decisions when she was in the middle of playing. -- Lisa 

Give up to get results

Our daughter Rachel was two and a half when we finally got her trained. We tried everything in the book. She wanted to wear knickers, but not go to the potty. Finally we said, "Go ahead and do what you want". Two days later, she started using the potty on her own, with no encouragement from us! -- Nat

All this tips actually worked for her

in 2 days time i managed to potty train her

ada la 2 kali terlepas, sekali dlm kereta and sekali kat hall

Alhamdulillah, sekarang dah boleh pergi toilet sendiri

and even tido pun tak pakai diapers

after this nak train Maryam pulak cepat-cepat :)

Assalam Mualaikum Warrahmatullah..

Terdapat sebuah Rumah Anak Yatim – Rumah Amal Al-Firdaus yang terletak di Denai Alam yang menempatkan lebih kurang 21 anak2 yatim dan miskin. Rumah tersebut telah beroperasi selama 2 tahun dan memerlukan belanja sebanyak RM10K sebulan. Kanak-kanak di rumah tersebut berumur dari 4 tahun sehingga 6 tahun sahaja, lelaki dan perempuan.

·         Sempena bulan yang mulia ini, saya ingin memulakan program pengumpulan barang sumbangan / keperluan untuk rumah amal tersebut. Senarai barangan yang diperlukan adalah seperti berikut:

·         Makanan kering – Mee Hoon, Beras, Minyak, Biskut, Gula, Garam, Milo

·         Susu Formula Dutch Lady (umur 4 – 6)- Penting

·         Baju-baju untuk kanak2 umur 4-6 tahun , lelaki dan perempuan

·         Mainan (kanak2 ini kekurangan mainan.. Pengurus dia ada menyatakan dia amat berbesar hati jika ada sesiapa ingin memberi buaian dan gelongsor – tak muat pulak kereta I kan? Tapi kalau ada saya usahakan juga)

·         Buku- Buku bacaan (bahasa Malaysia dan English) , buku tulisan

·         Alat2 tulis dan mewarna

1.       Dan apa2 juga yang kanak2 kecik perlukan.

Saya akan mula mengumpul barang dari minggu ini sehingga 19 December 2012. Saya berada di COE jadi mereka yang ingin menyumbang boleh berikan kepada saya masa waktu makan tengahari atau lepas waktu kerja.

Yang berada di PONSB, sahabat yang saya muliakan Nor Faizah (6240) dari jabatan Group Finance akan membantu untuk kumpulkan barang – barang tersebut jika ada.

Yang mana di luar Proton, saya boleh membuat pengambilan pada hari Sabtu atau Ahad.

Saya tidak mengumpul wang.. jika ada sumbangan berbentuk wang, saya boleh memberikan no account mereka.

Saya amat berbesar hati jika rakan2 semua dapat membantu bagi menjayakan projek ini. Kalau tidak dapat membuat apa2 sumbangan, cukuplah sekadar membantu untuk sebarkan email ini.

Going to the highlands!

Assalamualaikum....
how's your holiday so far?

i and hubby decided that we should spent some time with the kids

nak pegi legoland musim hujan

kita g dekat dekat jer lah

since we like Ipoh so muchhhh :)

soooooo.......we are going to Cameron Highlands

yeay!

we spent one night in Ipoh and another night in Cameron

 

in Ipoh we stayed at The Roots Eco Resort

it is like a hotel in the jungle (takder lah hutan sgt pun huhu)

but this resort sgt privacy

and not so many hut here...means tak ramai org

if you have kids yg agak besar umur 7 above it will be fun

sebab boleh jalan-jalan tepi sungai, ada hutan sket2

kat sini concept back to nature gitewwww

 sampai jer Ipoh around 1pm..

after lunch we go straight to the resort

our hut....

sila abaikan sepahan itu ya...bilik adalah sgt luas, ada 2 double decker sebenarnya dlm 1 bilik

the toilet, a bit scary sbb takder bumbung hahahahah

my little mermaid...and her father :)

haaaa this is the river nearby the resort, Sg Kinta

that night layan Nasi Goreng Ikan Rebus kedai Pak Wan kat area Manjoi

hehehheh everytime pergi Ipoh memang tak miss mkn sini

you all should try.....sedap giler okeyyyy

the next morning after breakfast mandi kolam lagi hahhaha

then we check out sbb Mr Hubby nak jumpa kawan jap

Petang tu sampai lah kami di Cameron Highlands

hmmmm...bestnya, sejuk jer rasa...hijau saujana mata memandang

last pegi sini maybe 5 years ago

banyak dah bukit kena tarah...banyak gak hotel baru

but we choose to stay at Ros Chalet in Kampung Sedia

actually sebab lambat booking, so hotel dah penuh hahaha

best kat sini sbb berdepan dengan strawberry farm

rumah pun ala-ala English style

at Kg Sedia, Cameron Highlands

in front of Opah Strawberry Farm

this is our homestay, cantik kan?

lepas petik petik strawbery ni kitaorg pun duduk situ dan makan

heheheheh strawberry coklat kat sini sedap

maybe sebab cuaca sejuk kot

after that we went up to Sg Palas BOH Tea Centre

Us...

Mr Hubby and baby, dua -dua sengih lebihh

ok boleh feeling feeling Ombak Rindu kat sini hokeyyyy

baby sengih overdosed, iman plak serius jerrr

after that we going down to Brinchang and singgah at the pasar there

only me yang turun beli sayur sket-sket

then balik KL.....

that's wrap up our short holiday

seronok sgt tengok anak-anak happy

sekarang kecik lagi, nanti dah besar sure buat hal sendiri

jadi anak solehah ya Zara, Iman & Maryam

mama & engku love u so much.....

the next day hubby pergi keje

i plak sambung cuti....but biz as usual :)

WAN ZARA SOFIYA

Our first pride and joy, lahir 6 years ago on 18th Sept 2006
KAKAK yang sangat penyayang, suka Finn & Jake, Barbie, Tom & Jerry and semua cartoon at channel 616
sangat sayang dgn toys dia, sebelum tidur akan susun tepi katil, bangun pagi bawak turun bawah then sorokkan so that Iman will not find it while kakak in school….clever girl
she always play with her PSP or semetimes rampas my tab…suka pergi school…her bff is Melissa, selalu balik rumah asik cerita pasal Melissa ada kasut tinggi, Melissa ada adik, Melissa ada tv besar hahahah, kecik-kecik dah jadik gossip girl hokeyyy
kadang-kadang suka kacau her 2 sisters
but, end up dia yang kena bully heheheh
she never pukul her sister Iman when Iman bullying her
what she do is just screammmmmming …heheheh like her mama

kalau tanya cita-cita nak jadi apa…dia nak jadik CHEF uols
masak sedap-sedap ye kakak, nanti boleh masuk Junior Masterchef

WAN IMAN AISYAH

Anak kedua, excited mungkin tak sama dengan yang pertama
but Iman is so special, she has different character compared with kakak
Iman is the loving one, everytime bangun pagi kena kiss and balik keje pun kiss jugak, wajib!
and she has 4 step of kisses….1) salam cium tangan 2) cium pipi 3) peluk 4) flying kiss
and yessss, you have to do all 4…if tak cukup salah satu confirmed nangis hahahhaha

Another thing about her is SUKA MAKAN
in one day Iman akan bukak peti ais 20 kali kot
makan cookies captain munch, roti, coklat, gula-gula, honeystar…..and the list goes on
Kalau nak kejut bangun pagi pun kakak akan kata “iman bangunlah, kakak and gula-gula” hahahahah confirm bangun

Owhhh Iman is 3 years old, beza Iman and Zara about 3 years
and we call her ADIK…her birthdate is on 6th Feb 2012

WAN MARYAM AMINA

She’s our baby…baru jer about 1 year & 6 months, lahir last year 3rd May 2011…sangat keletah, macam-macam perangai

gigi pun dah penuh boleh makan kerepek

good things about Maryam is she will not bother about others

bagi dia susu and tiger (this is her bantal busyuk) and she will enjoy her own sweet time watching tv

actually, bila dah ada anak dua tiga org nih, menjaga diaorg ni akan jadik lebih mudah. setuju tak?

and Maryam hanya bangun sekali jer malam untuk minum susu

kadang-kadang tak bangun langsung tidur terus sampai pagi

sangat senang jaga BABY (her nickname is Baby, sbb Iman tak pandai sebut Maryam jadik Maniam)

mudah-mudahan sampai besar senang nak jaga ye sayang

yes it’s not easy….but is is not that hard

sebab dalam biz ni senang je, pemimpin kita adalah gambaran masa depan kita

bila saya tengok Kak Ana, Hanis Haizi, Maisarah Ibrahim

saya dah tahu saya buat pilihan yang betul

I choose the right way to venture into this biz

for me it is antara NAK dan TAK NAK

sebab orang yang malas akan letak HALANGAN di depan, tapi orang yang rajin akan ubah halangan jadi PELUANG
